Tumblestones

Tumblestones are small pieces of gemstones that have been tumbled in giant machines with increasingly fine grains of sand that smooth and polish the stones. Tumblestones vary in size from tiny chips to small pebbles. Some special stones have been painstakingly polished by hand to preserve and emphasise their qualities.

Tumblestones are made out of many of the known crystals and minerals, including Agates, Chrysoprase, Dumortierite, Fluorite, Goldstone, Howlite, Jade, Jaspers, Rose Quartz, Smokey Quartz, Turquoise and Verdite.

As the size of the Tumblestones presented here varies greatly we have graded them as follows as an average; XL = 45mm - L = 35mm - M = 25mm - S = 15mm - XS = 10mm
