We have tried to keep these to a minimum, whilst maintaining high quality packing and a speedy delivery service, ensuring that your goods arrive on time and in excellent condition. In line with our underlying philosophy, we use recycled packing whenever possible.
Goods are normally despatched within 3 working days of receiving your order and often leave within 24 hours, however we ask that you allow 7 days to pre-empt any minor difficulties. If for any reason you decide that you do not want the goods you may return them to us in good order for a total refund (minus delivery charges) any time within One Full Year. If you return any goods please include the receipt and ensure that they are securely packed and obtain a 'proof of posting' certificate from your carrier.

Returns Policy Cancellations
Can only be accepted where goods have not been sent (usually within 24 hours) due to the rapid packing and despatch time.
Shortfall or Damage
Please advise us within 7 days if there is any shortfall or damage to your goods. Payment, or exchange for damaged goods or shortfalls will be refunded immediately on receipt of their return.
